Swiping the Paint across the canvas, you would think would just “waste paint” or everything would mix together. Fortunately, the paint usually behaves and creates waves or scales or trees. Swiping is the most unknown of all the pieces I create because overnight the painting changes so much. It’s always a mystery to what I am going to end up with, and I love it.
"Dragon Scales" My first ever swipe!
"Jeweled Tree" I made this for a friend of mine who picked the colors.
"Lost in the Haunted Poppy Field" I tried to swipe with Yellow. The paint had other thoughts :)
"Frost"
This painting was made with colors from one of my Twitch Subscribers, my very good friend aka Big Bro, Gamer. He picked out the colors of black, red, and orange. I love how the black froze over the red and orange. and the slight gold in the middle is real cool.
This painting was made with colors from one of my Twitch Subscribers, my very good friend, HentaiMast3r. He picked out the colors of lime green, met blue, royal purple. I tried a new technique called an open cup. It reminds me of a lazy susan with a layered pour. It was so much fun creating this and exploring techniques :)
"Two Sides of the Story" This was my first attempt at an Open Cup travel piece. It was fun!
"Static"
"Golden Roll"
"Necrotic Shroud"
Fissure
"Opalescence"
"Drifting Along"
"The Abyss"
"Discombobulated"
